Museum of the Ohio Valley The 2005 National Electric Code will call for Short Circuit & Arc Fault analysis to be completed on any Commercial or Industrial property where a new electric panel or service is to be added. This is to ensure that the appropriate level of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is known in the case of an Arc Fault occurring while any electrical equipment is being serviced. I have recently completed the appropriate training for these studies under the direction of Steven Musial P.E. of C.J.L. Engineering, Pittsburgh PA. Although my strength is in Electrical Design, I have a strong background in the construction industry (HVAC, Carpentry, General Construction), which allows me to understand the industry as a whole. I feel I can be of benefit to both the Engineering Department as well as the Architectural Department. I believe my greatest strength is my sincere enjoyment of being a part of the Engineering & Construction Industry, as well as my desire to continue my education as it relates to Engineering & Construction. Given the chance I believe you will find me to be a strong asset to your team & a willing learner. |
